Adults enjoying the outdoors

Events especially for adults!

Find time to breathe in nature with Roots to Branches

Throughout the year we have sessions specifically designed for adults. These may be forest school for adults, gardening groups or volunteering opportunities.

Jenna has trained to be a therapeutic forest school leader and can run bespoke courses for small groups of adults designed to support the development of self esteem, independence, coping skills and social skills. As well as creating that link to nature we all need in the modern fast paced world.

 Woodcraft for wellbeing

Time to breathe in nature! For adults and accompanied teens

Woodcraft is more than making objects; it’s about making space for connection and growth. By combining hand on skills with the healing power of nature, we create a path to better mental health. Whether we are whittling tent pegs, twisting natural cordage, tending a storm kettle for a shared brew, or creating fleeting art with nature mandalas, these moments of mindfulness and sensory learning help to quiet the mind and find therapeutic calm.

As you turn raw materials into something beautiful, you build visible confidence and a deep sense of belonging to the outdoors. Together we foster a safe, supportive community where resilience is crafted one seed at a time.
