Woodland Breather for Adults

Adult only sessions.
Time to breathe and learn
Join me in the woods for a time to breath and relax. Each week there will be the opportunity to join in with a different activity plus space to explore and breathe.
Activities could include
Fire lighting, natural tea making, mindful walking, whittling, leaf art, cooking and more.
Cost £8 per session
save 10% if you book all dates in that block
Afternoon sessions 12.45pm-2.30pm
9th Nov - Forest bathing and tea ceremony.
23rd Nov - Mindful whittling. Learn new knife techniques and create a simple wood project or prepare wood for a fire.
7th Dec- tree decorating and natural crafts, mulled apple juice warmed on the fire 🔥

All session are led by the participants so if there is something you would like to explore let me know. You are free to join in the activities or just sit in the woods and relax.
Accessibility: The woodland is a short walk through a field. There are no hard paths in this field or in the woodland. It is not suitable for wheelchairs or walking frames.
In the winter the ground is soft and wet in the field so suitable footwear is a necessity.
