Meet Jenna - Director & Forest School Practitioner
Jenna started her forest school journey while working as a Park Ranger then made the leap to be a forest school leader in 2016 and has worked outdoors following the forest school ethos ever since. Jenna has worked with people of all ages throughout her career and is passionate about nature, well being, inclusivity and child led play. Jenna is a Level 3 Forest School Practitioner, Therapeutic Forest School leader. Holds a current Outdoor First Aid, Level 2 Food Safety, SEN certificate and is fully DBS checked.

Meet Lisa -  Director & Forest School Practitioner
Lisa met Jenna in 2019 at a forest school event and has never left. Her passion has just grown beyond all expectations. Lisa loves working with babies, toddlers and children in the great outdoors. Lisa is a level 3 Forest School Practitioner, a Tree baby practitioner, a qualified Early Years practitioner level 3. Holds a current Outdoor First Aid, Food safety level 2 and and is fully DBS checked.

Meet Michelle - Director and trainee Forest School Practitioner
Michelle joined the team in 2021 as a volunteer director to make becoming a CIC possible. Michelle brings with her a wealth of knowledge from her teaching and experience with SEND. She is a passionate singer so be prepared to hear some of her unique forest school songs and creative writing ideas.

Meet Abby- Forest School Practitioner
Abby joined the team in 2023. Abby is passionate about nature and loves being outside no matter the weather. She uses her years of primary teaching, SEN and school forest school experience to bring lots of ideas to each group. Abby is a level 3 forest school Practitioner with outdoor first aid and is fully DBS checked.

Meet Jessica - Forest School Practitioner
Jessica joined the team in 2021. Jessica is passionate about the woods and the wellness it can bring to people that have poor mental health. She uses her 15 years of primary teaching experience and gentle nature to create that important connection to nature. Jessica is a level 3 forest school Practitioner with outdoor first aid and is fully DBS checked.

Roots to Branches Forest School CIC is a Community Interest Company. We are a not-for-profit organisation that supports adults, children and the environment following a forest school ethos to deepen nature connection. 

We aim to support the community and environment around us for a better future.
