Group visits to Roots to Branches Forest School at Mill Hill Wood, Esprick

Whether its regular visits to the wood or a annual group trip we will provide you with a taster of the Forest School ethos.

Forest school uses the woods and forests as a means to build independence and self-esteem in children and adults. We can tailor the session to each group to meet the interests of the group. This may mean having a theme like the seasons for children, wellbeing for adults and children, or fun for all ages. We hope that you leave your visit with a lasting and emotive connection with woodlands..

Past sessions have included;

  • Dementia woodland wellbeing

  • Pewter casting and relaxation
