Babies grow on love and connection, first and foremost. Without a sense of trust and safety, babies cannot reach their full potential. Babies just need us; present and connected.

Lisa is a trained Tree Babies guide and is there to create a safe space to relax,

connect and just 'be'.

We started Baby Mudders just after the pandemic for the babies that had been born or conceived in lockdown and their mums/parents. As a forest school leader and a mum of 3, I wanted to provide a safe nature spot allowing babies to grow on love and connection, first and foremost, as well as allowing new parents space to breathe and feel present. It feels good to get people out into nature, learning new things together, helping new parents, seeing relationships blossom. The mums from my very first group, met at my group and are still friends and meet up regularly. It’s so lovely to see and be part of.

Baby Mudders is based on Tree babies and consists of the following elements:

  • Forest Bathing

  • Sit spots

  • Mindfulness

  • Gratitude

  • Seasonal Tea

  • Journaling

  • Baby Sensory

  • Singing

  • Nature art
